The Migration
So Monday saw the first day where I officially assumed position as the Student Webportal Manager of my school. Basically I now take charge of the school's web board where students can go to yak and chit chat. Jenny from Rebel 1 has been doing such a great job w the site it's not easy following the same footsteps.
But anyway...
In order to clear up some space, I took out my packet of instant noodles from taiwan to grab a bite. It was a day expired, but I figured what the heck and opened it to eat.
Pizza Birthday and Pasta.
Tuesday was a short celebration for the volunteers who helped out at the 2nd Anniversary celebration, and Diana, Jaques and the gang bought pizza for the volunteers. Rite pizza, as mentioned by Colin, Hans and I before, was good, but had a thick outer crust. Hence, I still prefer my Sunshine Fantasy from Pizza Defrance. lol
I totally forgot about her birthday party on Saturday but I also couldn't make it down to begin with, so I guess the surprise in the conference was well called for.
Later in the evening, I had Pastamania with Richmond and Xinwei. I got to try their japanese offerings, which I didn't really like, I think the sauce was a bit too salty. But heck la, you can't expect much from such a restaurant now can u?
Before I continue, I'd like to say, that this post so far seems really boring, all I've been yapping about so far is food food food and more food. I don't even have a proper story to talk about. lol
Ramen and a Party
Wednesday afternoon, I hung out with my classmates and Sherwin for lunch over at Ajisen.
At night I went over th Zouk to celebrate Richmond's 24th birthday.
You ever have that one thing that when u hear ppl talk about it, or u have sth u hear that suddenly just turns u off quite bad. Yeah, I kinda had that experience that day just half an hour before the party, so it got me pondering the entire night...I end up not exactly enjoying myself at the party....sorry Richmond, I'll try to have fun next time I swear.
Benedict
Saturday, I met up with Xinwei and KZ for supper over at Starbucks, which later led us to Bedok 85 market for Ba Chor Mee.
I didn't really like their BCM, I still don't...I dunno why ppl talk about it so much...maybe I'm not a Ba Chor Mee person by nature? Iono, I think its more so that I prefer mine dry with flat rice noodles instead. =)
Anyway it was 2 and we were on our way home when we spotted a drunk guy called Benedict who was out cold at the carpark. His two friends had to go home and were really desperate in finding someone to fetch the bugger back...so I agreed to do so when they asked for help.
The problem was that he had no address in his wallet, the only one on his 11B was outdated, he nolonger lived there, and it took us over 2 hours to finally send him home.
I think this was the first time I ever sent a drunk home, it was also the first time I sent a stranger home. Hence, it was my first time sending a strange drunk home...no wait...I dun think I got that right....
Anyway it's late, 1am, and I'm really not exactly in the mood for blogging today.
I'm tired, I reached hom at 6 last night thanks to Ben. I could've been home before 3, took a shower and napped till 9. but noooo.
Aye, guess I can't blame him since I agreed to send him back also.
You guys have a great week ahead, I'm hitting the hay.
Cheers people =)
Andrew
