School's quite a bored, American Politics isn't exactly my top 10 favorite subjects, even the lecturer himself prolly knows we really can't bother in class cause it's so out of our understanding.
The good news is that we don't have homework to take home, nor is there any project for this one, everything is "today learn today do", through quizzes mainly, but we had an exam on friday that was open book, but still shit hard!
TUESDAY
Anyway right after class that day, Tatz, Xinwei, Karen, Shichang, Richmond and I went down to Paradiz Center to play some pool.
Apparently Xinwei, Rich and SChad planned before hand to turn up to sch all nerdy and stuff, hence the 3 stereotypical chinese students. =)
WEDNESDAY
I went down to starlight to my friend's workshop for dinner with them, it was some sort of celebration and I couldn't make it down early cause I had pool with Tatz and Percy so I missed out most of the part, but the food was great and I look forward to more of those in future. =)
THURSDAY
It was Eveline's and Angela's birthday that week, and since they were both committee members of the UNLV Hotel Association I am in, Charis from our group had suggested surprising them with a birthday cake, so we did by faking an important meeting to get them up to eat cake =P
FRIDAY
After my amazingly TERRIBLE exam experience in school which scored me 81%, I headed down to the China One bar after getting my camera from Spinworkx to go do some flair tending filming as a favor for a friend.
SATURDAY
It's here again, the 6th annual Singapore Yo Yo Championships, and I had to judge the competition along with Roy, Dimi from Malaysia and Buko from Japan.
I think I went trigger happy with the camera as well, and took some pictures I really liked, especially this one. =)
Anyway Hans did an amazing performance but came in just 0.18 shy from the first place winner, although I have to say his freestyle was hellava cool and entertaining, hopefully they'll have the video up soon, I'd love to share!
SUNDAY
Today was slow, I had a bad headache so I didn't do much, but hung out with Colin at the Spinworkx shop for awhile, while he did his thing and I tried reviewing through footage for the China One video I was helping to make.
I think it still needs more stuff to be filmed, like their kitchen area and such, but I'll do that another time.For now, Tatz is nagging me to go sleep cause of my terrible headache, I better knock off before the lil girl goes all nuts on me. =X
