2 Weeks Late!!!

Hey!

For those who were wondering what the hell happened last week, I havn't exactly had time to blog!!!

You see...I was sick......and now, I'm sick again!!! It seems like a weekly routine, every weekend, Andrew has to fall sick....bleah!

K so let's start by talking about school...

School's been really good so far, still stressed up, the midterms were just around the corner and it was really stressing me out!!!

I mean, no test of any sort since Shatec??? How will I be able to stand up to this??


Anyway what I had been doing for the past 2 weeks was stay back in school to study, which was pretty good...besides, I can't study at home, too many distractions!!! Like this computer which I'm furiously pounding letters into right now! =\

Critical thinking was gonna be tough, and I needed all the studying I could get....study study study!!!
7:20 pm - Andrew studying Critical Thinking....
10 minutes later - Andrew studying beautiful swirly words on paper...
15 minutes after that - Andrew studying ceiling lights arrangement...
20 minutes later - Andrew studying table.

So you see, it's not THAT easy....I got 76 for my midterm, which is a C, so I'm not really happy. Not to mention Prof Lusty said that most of us did badly for our application part, which is where I suck at, and that the final term paper will be full of application questions....ACK!!!!

So bottom line, NOT GOOD! =(

But let's skip to a lighter subject...

FOOD!!!!

So let's see what I've been indulging in for the past 2 weeks...

I'm not even gonna BLOG about it, I'm just gonna put up pictures and tell u what they are...and no I didn't eat all of them la, some were my friend's food.

Omelette Rice with burger patty and veg from Food Junction at Bugis...So so la, just found it really interesting to try...had this when I was eating dinner with Chestine and Kevin.
Turkish food from Sofra Cafe and Restaurant at Shaw Towers near Suntec City....really good by the way!!! Not very cheap though...you see the last platter? That's...er...17-18 bucks??? omg I forgot! =( Had this lunch with Lorraine, Denise, Chestine, Jonas and Kevin.

Thai Express at Plaza Singapura with Serene Tan from Black Angus....Esmail who's working there now paid for it though...haha both of us agreed the food looked like czer char food which we could get from the coffeeshop near our houses. The ice cream was nice though...very romantic right??? Haha Esmail and his stupid idea, we're not dating or together or anything, the 3 of us are just close clicks and he's just playing a fool as usual...-_- Still...it tastes good though, if any of you are ever on a date, and fancy coconut ice cream with red flour coated water chestnuts, get this one. =)
Superdog at Vivocity!!! Pretty good actually, didn't like the chilli fries though...the chilli was..ok...the fries were kinda terrible..Had this with Alex, Jason, Qingwen and Hans on Saturday.
Kalisan Ayam Penyet and Siowmay from some Indonesian cafe in Lucky Plaza, never really had Ayam Penyet before, you know, chicken that has been FLATTENED and then cooked....sounds terrible right? Actually, pretty good...

The Siowmay was like indian rojak, only steamed...very...weird...I had this today with Alex, Qingwen, Fajar, Hakim and Dimi who is a yoyo player from Malaysia.

Now that I'm done with the food segment...let's talk about people n places!!!

Either that, or I can just post pictures again..

Birthday girls Jenny, Kelly and Jade!!! Adeline's also in the picture, she's a close friend of Kelly, these four sit at the table in front of me and invited everyone to thier party in just the 1st week, cool huh? =)

We get to write anything we want on it as long as it's not offensive =)Our school's "Hospitality Creative Lab"...more often referred to by students as the Lounge, you can buy drinks and snacks from the bar, there's no cashier there, just a coin box so everything is build on trust, cool huh? =)

Lol, Dimi's a yoyo player from way back during the proyo craze in 98, most of the old school guys practically knew each other when we were still teenagers(my goodness, has it been that long???)...he's in the hospitality industry and so am I...so you see where this goes...yoyos, hospitality, food...haha....The guy's probably on his way back to KL as I type right now, maybe soon enough I'll find time to go up and check out KL myself...and get my some shoes as well... =)

David, the helper at Jaben, owns this portable amplifier that looks like a liquor canister, wicked cool huh? Sounds good too by the way =)

So not many of you are audio crazy like I am, but to tell the truth, I'm still new to this, unlike those who are REALLY into it...damn I hear the way they talk about audio equipment, I'm feel so new to this thing...lol.

I know some may see this as a bit too kiddy for guys our age...but really, these aren't $20 toy cars, one costs around $500-1000 depending on how much u put into assembling the car.
That's my car, battery's a little screwed and the motor was hot that day so...yeah. sigh. =(

Anyway, WOW it's been 2 hours!!!! If only I spent that much time on my essay...

Guess that's what u get when u sa ve up photos for a whole two weeks huh? Longest entry yet? Hm...I hope so...haha.
