On the Steamer

Cooked Nai Bai cai with Scallops and Shrimp, Lean Pork with Marmite and Basmati Rice with Cherry Tomatoes.

I am starting to really enjoy my decision to get basmati instead of the usual medium grain rice we are used to for Chinese cooking.

1. I love the texture
2. I love how easy it is to clean after cooking, it doesn't stick!

Probably cause of its low starch content compared to other rice variants, which makes it great to use in the electric lunch box.
