Was initially planning to have a steak dinner but then convinced myself that I need to eat chicken every once in awhile. Was lazy to marinate my own so I picked up something from the pre-marinated section.
Am impressed with the quality of the chicken! Maybe cause I was expecting it to be some frozen-thawed meat but no, it was fresh and juicy, even though it was breast meat!
Happy with the results. =)
