Stumbled upon a stall at Old Airport Road that served up some mean looking Char Siew, I've not seen cuts like that since KL, and hence was intrigued to know more.
The shop was being handled by 2 young fellas when I was there and figured there must be something different about the say they did charsiew.
Waited till they opened at 11am and ordered myself 200grams of the good stuff.
I generally don't eat charsiew in Singapore, but this, this was awesome! Almost KL-like, at our very own backyard!
$4 for 100grams is pretty decent considering the taste, I am sold, will come back for more!
