Met up with Colin for dinner and we went to check out Swee Guan Hokkien Mee in Geylang.
It was my first time here and apparently they are well known for their charcoal cooked noodles, which is suppose to be their specialty.
After having it though, I thought it was ok, the charcoal to me didn't create much of a difference to the noodles worth noting.
EDIT UPDATE: Colin and I both reported stomach aches this morning, we can't decide if it was the noodles, the satay, or maybe even the oyster omelette we had, either way I went to the toilet twice already, Colin had done 7 trips...gosh! I don't know if I will be visiting this place in awhile.
