Normally this would be cooked at home on a stove, but I decided to try something out in the office.
Had the beehoon slightly cooked at home (5 minutes in boiling water) and then chilled down, Steamed the ingredients with marmite and miso paste while I cooked the rest of the beehoon separately on the second tied.
Turned out pretty good!
