Back on the Steamer

It's been awhile, been so busy moving about that I hardly have time to prepare my own meal, it's great to be doing so again! Hopefully my next opportunity will be this Thursday.

That's soybean paste soup by the way. Steamed the meat midway with the soybean paste at the base. Then cracked an egg over and pour boiling water from an electric kettle over and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes.
