To Rifle & Back

Since Chewie and Denise were both training for the upcoming TNF 50km Ultra in Thailand next year, training has started and to take things easy, Patrick, a friend of Denise's brought us to Rifle Range and back last Sunday. It was Denise's second time in the trails so we were taking things easy.

Overall a decent run and it was really good to be back in greenery once more.
