Glad that's over, so here's a recap of what I've been up to.
Monday - Gone Steaming
Lunch in the office with the steamer, I'm loving this product, best investment ever!
Tuesday - Lunch & Dinner Date
Met up with Chewie for lunch and dinner. Lunch was at The Plain Cafe that served a vegemite toast which she'd never tried before, while dinner was at Shabu Sai at Orchard Central.
Wednesday - Nil
I realised I did nothing on Wednesday other than work, work, and more work. That's pretty much it.
Thursday - Curry for 2 at the Office
Tried making red curry for lunch with mum in the office. Turned out better than expected!
Also, did a solo run late that evening cause I had to skip Thursday's run as well.
Friday - Coast & Cycle, Chock Full of Beans, Hwee Bday Celebration
Caught up with Kelly from uni to see how things were going for her and her blogshop business. It's always nice to see a friend start anew and make her way into a different focus in her life, glad she's got supportive family members around her to make it work.
Also met up with Shufen after that due to some unforeseen circumstances and chilled out with her a little.
Dinner was at Ichiban Boshi in celebration of Hwee's birthday with the tier. The guys had got together to buy her a brand new skate deck and you can tell she pretty much loved it. =)
Saturday - RD & Cat Cafe Saturdate
Joined the RD folks in the morning for their final training session in preparation for the upcoming Standard Chartered Marathon happening this coming weekend.
That was later followed by a trip to the Cat Cafe near Arab Street with Shufen. It was out first time visiting such a place and I got to admit, it's both fun and amusing at the same time. So many people wanting to lay their hands on cats, some of which were obviously tired of human interaction already. Still it was an eye opening experience. =)
Sunday - To JB!
Sunday was a whole day event, and kinda impromptu because the initial plan was to head to town, but in a turn of events, Shufen and I found ourselves in JB for a short getaway, checking out Gary's restaurant and having butter crayfish at the end of the day.

So it's been a hectic week, but looking back at least there were a few fun moments to take away from it. Sorry to those who had to put up with my nonsense, and thank you for those who made the week a worthwhile one.
