Joined the folks at RD for a run session this evening, coincidentally it was Roy's birthday and so Tracy had prepped for him a surprise tie and cap! Roy, naturally ,was sporty and wore both throughout the run =)
I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I had hit a PB (I believe it was). My last 10km race was about 4 years ago and I think it was 51 minutes? I'm not too particular about my running results and hence don't really take note, but I guess I got one of the runners Jason to thank for setting the pace and allowing me to keep up.
Overall a good run this evening. =)
