Joined the good folks at Running Department yesterday morning for a run along ECP. The heat got pretty bad nearing the end of the run but thankfully water was provided at the mid point, plus Terence who was running in the same group as I was offered Gatorade prior to that, which admittedly was a life save, almost deflated that morning >.<
