7 Minute Pace to Helix and Back

Did a 7 minute run this evening and was asked by Edmund for Eve and I to help with a 7 minute pace group.

Seeing how Wednesdays are now set aside for speed work, Thursdays are where I'm forcing myself to pace down again back to the original duty of pacing the leisure pace runners.

Overall a decent run this evening, glad the rain did not come despite all that lightning.
