Steak & Eggs


I realised it's been awhile since I picked something up from Meats Marinates and Much More, so I swung by, grabbed a steak, went home and whipped up something simple.

Tried Heston's style of cooking the steak again, this time using a bit more oil like he would. The difference is amazing! Especially with the charred outer walls of the steak which adds texture to the bite...shiok!
