Yesterday's Menu Items (Breakdown)

Caesar Salad (Serves 8)
- 500gm Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- Cherry Tomatoes, pan fried lightly in oil, charred slightly to shrink outer skin
- 8 Slices Bacon, cooked and broken up
- Croutons
- Parmesan Cheese
- Caesar Dressing

Cream of Mushroom (Serves 8)
- 1kg Button or 500gm White & 500g Portobello, finely chopped or processed
- 2 White Onions, finely chopped or processed
- Estimated wad of butter
- 3 Cans Nestle Cream
- 1 Liter Chicken Stock
- Handful sprigs of rosemary

Garlic Bread (Serves 8)
- 2 loaves of focaccia bread from Gardenia, cut to 16 pieces
- Estimated wad of butter
- Estimated wad of garlic spread

Wagyu or USDA Choice Ribeye Steak (Serves 1-1.5)
- 300gm 3/4 inch steak, room temperature, salted no pepper
- 1m 30s on a smokey hot pan (flip every 15 seconds) for medium rare
- 2m for medium to medium well
- 3m for shoe sole replacement

Dessert (Serves 8)
- 1 pound Sarah Lee frozen chocolate cake
- 1 tub cheap vanilla ice cream
