12km @ NB Scape

Was intending to stretch the original 8km distance and do 10km, started off with a little speed work, trying to keep up with Alex but obviously that wasn't going to happen any time soon =P

Turned and did a slow back to the 4km turning point to wait for Eve, then did another slow up to Esplanade and back down to Scape...totally a 7km slow return.

Managed to capture a few photos of the cool down, and took a lovely group photo of the NB Warriors.
