Personally, I like the balcony which looks out into the lap pool...yep, lap pool. Now all I need is to convince myself to get a roadie and start doing tri.....right.

Potential New Pad?
Just checked out a condo this morning with Dad and my brother. Looks good, just need mum to take a look at let both parents decide. It's not far from where we currently stay so that's good.
Personally, I like the balcony which looks out into the lap pool...yep, lap pool. Now all I need is to convince myself to get a roadie and start doing tri.....right.

Yeah the environment is pretty tranquil, there was another unit facing the road, you can hear as well as see the different, road facing a bit loud, the pool view unit is quiet and you don't feel like you're in Bukit Batok, which is where this condo is. lol
Can jump over the balcony to the pull but might risk breaking the balcony glass! lol.
The safe and proper route is actually a round about the condo, like so near yet so far.
so if everything goes well when are you guys planning to move? i saw your old blog posts of the BBQ sessions and I can't wait for the next session!
