Semi Health Streak


Though not as strict as last week's menu, I'm still eating healthy just a little bit this week, the cold's gone but there's still this linger of phlegm...yeck

While you are at it for meals like this, cut the rice and increase the vege.

I believe the weather plays a part in your recovery delay. Drink more water and rest.

post-infection phlegm can stay in our body for weeks - nothing to be alarmed of as long as you know you are well.

Thx Both! I normally would cut the rice but I forgot to do so today, was going to go for mee sua when I saw they had it but not sure why I didn't change my order last minute

Frankly I didn't eat the veg in the fish soup cause in not fond of boiled lettuce, I do have a daily diet of papaya though I think I might have to source for another dish that offers the more usual vegetables since most soup dishes lack them in general and I'm quite anal about surrendering to soup base Yong Tao Fu
