Right Busted Ankle




Woke up this morning to a wonky right ankle, it didn't seem to be coming from the usual spots of pain I find from running my MV2s, I think yesterday's random gangnam pose at the end might have actually twitched my ankle, no kidding!

Two runners, Eunice and Eve have been using Kinesio tape to help with their feet problems and though I'm old school with the traditional medicine rub and what not, I figured I might give it a try, after all the good thing with this is that I don't have to find myself wrapped in an utterly huge amount of bandage meaning I still get to wear proper footwear like my Vibrams whenever I go out.

I might look into getting a proper roll for keeps, just to ensure my ankle doesn't get bust.

I'll probably give a pair of Racers a try this Wednesday as well for good measure.
