Bak Kut Teh
Never knew how simple the dish could really be until I watched the basic version by Makansutra.
This is the Teochew version and it doesn't involve a lot of herbs and spices, rather, pork bone, pork ribs, salt, pepper, and garlic!
Ok, definitely looks like a dish worth experimenting, shall try it some day!!!
