Just saw Sam from New Balance walk up the stairs from the basketball court and passed the office.
He was completely drenched, like, soaked from top to bottom. He had a camelbak and was wearing a pair of Newton MV2s...he looked like he ran from home.
Didn't he run yesterday with us? Isn't there a run tonight? You mean to say he ran this morning?!?!

read somewhere that it's ok to have 2 runs in a day as long as they are spaced apart with adequate nutrition in between.
Most definitely, but wah I'd expect it to be a simple run or sth where u'd end up with quite a sweat, he looked like he got dressed, jumped into a pool, and came out then walked straight to work! lol
He was fast last night, very seasoned runner. Scape got place to bathe and change?
I spoke with him briefly just now, he definitely showered, not sure where though! I'll ask him later again.
