RK recently updated their app with a few new features for both Android and iPhone users.
Auto-Pause: RK will know when you're not moving, and pause your timer automatically, and resume once it senses you running again...great so that your long wait at the traffic light won't screw your timing during your run.
Heart Rate Zones: Get visuals and turn on cues to monitor your heart rate during your workout to ensure you stay in the correct training zone.
Two other features once available on the iPhone are now making its way to Android as well.
Good stuff indeed, most of which are useless on my phone, but hopefully with a new phone the Auto-Pause thing might be something worth trying.
*All features must be turned on via the settings menu.
You can read it up at RK's website: Runkeeper

Does your route has that many traffic lights?
I have about 4 main traffic light roads to cross and one upramp road to highway as well. They don't all affect me as once, but normally there'd be one traffic light out of the 4 that will turn red during my runs, takes about 1-2 minutes off.
