Woke up this morning with a terrible pain under my feet, slightly closer to the inner facing portion rather than the outer regions.
Did a quick check cause Colin brought up Plantar Fasciitis and I remembered being informed that it affected people with Flat Foot. I never really put that into consideration but now that I think about it, it probably is the cause for my pain...the same one too that caused me to stop running for a month back in February.
While both my feet hurt, the left foot got it worse, just like the last time too. Read online that electroacupuncture (the one I did at Ang Mo Kio) would help treat this problem. Will see how, maybe I'll just let it subside.

PF is the most common problem for seasoned runners. Even hype runners with good form can get that too.
Get well soon!
Thanks! yeah I think what it needs most is conditioning. Shall give it a good rest, maybe at least 3 days before I pick up running again.
