Not Good

Waking up at 57.8kg is bad, going to bed at 57.8kg is worse!

Plus I intend to run tomorrow...

lol thx thx, can't la have to be at work early...this week damn tired! I think it must be the work that's draining the weight out of me.

what weight did you wake up on? if can lose weight just by working, also not bad what. You do less running but still fulfill your goal of living to eat.

Lol, the weight this morning was the same cause I snacked at night just in case.

Morning weight is normally lighter because of water loss but since I weigh every morning, I use that as a gauge.

The running thing is cause I wanna maintain the metabolism so I can keep snacking, lol.
