Read that 50mm is the minimum distance without distortion thats why I went for it. Anything more is to just get further away so your subjects will be less conscious of the photo shoot.
hm, but wouldn't it be different on a crop frame calculation? 35mm cropped frame would be about 50mm FF?
Yes you are right but the cost of a good 35mm is $3k vs my $500 50mm.
