btw, the haze is pretty bad lately, try to limit running if you can. didn't feel well after my run on thus as well and skipped my weekend run. i'm tired of cursing the indonesians already, just hoping for karma to catch up with them.

Yeah The weather is getting a little to me, I found myself drinking a lot of water more recently but I guess in the end I'm still sick...kns.

Not just the indos, the air was actually ok until the shell explosion made it worse again.

Constant rainfall is good to bring the ash particles down.
So long as the constant hot-cold temperature change doesn't get to me first!
