7km @ MacRitchie

This came as a surprise to me. I woke up this morning planning to head to West Coast with my mum for a quick run when she thought to herself "Wah the weather looks hot today, let's try a much cooler place, how about MacRitchie?"

STEADY!

Been awhile since I tried this route, gosh it still hurts running on rocks ad pebbles, like a 1 hour reflexology session!

GPS lost track a few times but I think it did alright...7km in all, a good run indeed. =)
