Yeah. That's how the doctor describe it. Should heal within a year, but the doctor informs me to expect pains to happen from time to time.

Thankfully running won't hurt it. Main concern is sit ups, which the doctor say will aggravate it.So long as I don't bend over too much (teehee) I should be fine.Luckily it's not a major one which require surgery or physiotherapy...just have to be careful that's all.
Time to get permanent exemption from reservist!!!
At least yours is healable! Mine discs are permanently damaged.Avoid blowing yourself then don't have to bend over too much.
lol wtf.To get downgrade have to go to the medical centre to do it...that's at jurong camp...wahlau another day wasted...sigh
