One more run to end September. Hopefully I'll get back and do more than half of the days covered for next month. We'll see.
I noticed I've been committing myself to 5 runs a week (Tue Wed Thu Sat Sun, while Mon n Fri R&R) which should amount to 20 runs a month but looking at the past activities, I've only done 13 in June n July, and 17 in August.
It's not what I had aimed for but I guess it's better to aim for 100% and get 80% rather than to aim for 80% and get 60%....no?
