Haven't been on such a slow run in a long time...heck, I wasn't even aware how slow I was going until I saw the time when I reached the end point!
Was hoping to be quicker, but I rather focused on not wanting to strain my back during the run...kept it straight throughout the run and avoided hopping over obstacles in fear of landing too hard.
Back still hurts after the run, but at least it seems more manageable now.
I feel 50.
