Been awhile since we had a family dinner, last one was back during CNY. I figured we might as well try to make this a more frequent event rather than just a CNY thing. Am glad almost everyone could make it besides my bro who was still in Aussie.
The nieces and nephew are growing fast and getting very active day by day. With another one coming soon, gosh it's gonna be rowdy next CNY!
Food at Por Kee is still one of my favorite eat outs though we seldom go there because of it's location and also it's price.
I have to say their cereal prawns is really REALLY good...same breed of shrimp they use for that pumpkin prawns place...sweet, succulent and fresh! The coffee ribs this time wasn't as tender, not sure why, but still delicious nonetheless.
I'm just glad the family got to get together to sit, talk, and enjoy a good meal...I know for a fact that my dad's brother is always fond of such things so I think he was pretty pleased with yesterday's meet up.
Should definitely do this more often. =)
