Bought these a few days back and have been wanting to try it since. Apparently Prima Taste is upping the ante with their "instant" meals. Not bad eh?

Of course laksa isn't laksa with a few ingredients, so I got out to buy a pack of yong tao fu mix from the store, about $1.50 I think, and some left over wontons from....er.....Chinese New Year.

Apparently when they said La Mian, they weren't kidding, I thought it was thick beehoon noodles, but it wasn't...rather disappointing since I was looking forward to that.

Aside from the noodles though, the gravy was really good, actually quite impressed with what came out of a small packet. Maybe next time it'll be better to drop thick beehoon instead though, but besides that, not bad overall. =)

hi, may i know where you got the prima taste laksa la mian from? couldnt find it!
Hi!
I got mine at Jason's Supermarket. You might have to look around supermarkets like Liberty, Jason's and probably Cold Storage Specialities.
I've tried looking at Fairprice Finest but no luck there. =\
Hey put freshly chopped laksa leaves into it next time and it will taste lagi more authentic... It's really not too bad if you can live with the noodles...
Thanks for the tip!!! The noodles are ooooook...but I guess with Prima's laksa gravy which is really good considering it's an off-the-shelf instant product, it would've been nice if it had bee hoon to complete the experience!
