Caffeine isn't working, 2nd cup today.
I had accidentally set the alarm clock to ring an hour earlier than usual, hence the groggy feeling.
A morning run would've helped get the blood flowing, but I think giving my feet a rest once or twice a week is necessary considering I'm unsure what's wrong with my left foot.
Got a meeting in an hour's time, I hope I can stay up! Maybe a slow walk down to the appointment later will get the juices flowing.
