Intended to run slower but I think I got a bit into the run that I ended up with the same timing.
Babe took the same route too! Her stamina improves way faster than I did, from a 2 km to 3 km route, she did a 5 km route today, all in just three runs!
Gonna keep the meds coming, need to get well by Monday.

Stay focused on your reason for running.
If you want to improve on fitness, stressing your body when it is trying to fight the flu is not helping.
If you want to help recover but still die die must run then you should consider running at a conversational pace.
