Android's been pretty late jumping in on the tablet bandwagon. The older versions of Android were never really made for Tablet sized hardware, hence a lot of them look more like oversized handsets.
Wonder how this will work out when it gets released...hopefuly Honeycomb will work across onto the phone platform too like iOS 4 does on both iPhone and iPad, makes more sense that way.
