I blew a fuse today

No one likes taking the heat for something that isn't their fault.

Today after the third week of constant reminders but no improvement,i broke, specifically when I was yelled at. It was unfair, but I don't blame him.

Sometimes being nice doesn't get things done.

I had to yell into the phone, i even tossed the camera onto the floor and broke the filter...nice going,65 bucks gone just like that.

When asked if I was stressed at work,i wasn't. Work stresses me out, but its a stress I can handle. People on the other hand, that's something else.

There are some situations where the only solution is one which you cannot control, and it gets frustrating when you can't solve it, not without the help of those who are suppose to be there, but they aren't.

I don't really fancy the mentality "if they behave like kids, treat them like one", it's the easy way out, treat them like children, let others do the grooming.

Sometimes I do want to give up and just adopt the same mentality, it's easier, less complicated, and it solves the problem better.

I've lost track of my thoughts. Shall close here and get some rest on the bus...

One needs to overload to know our limits, push through it and will be ready for it if it happens again. Its like muscle training in a psychological sense.

Go run it off without music.

No music hard to run la, see how, I easily get distracted without music, and start thinking about how tired i am, how heavy my breathing is getting, how this how that.

Think unlike passionate runners who like to soak in their surroundings, I want to get through my exercise routine as fast as possible.

I don't run cause I like running, I run cause I need to.

lol

Force yourself to run with music so you can reflect on yourself today.

Tried, 1 km later, punctured.

I don't really understand how people can "run to clear their thoughts" cause when I run, I become a zombie, there's no thoughts going through my head besides the physical complaints my body experiences during the run.

Probably your body is trying to tell you that you are pushing it further then what you have trained it for?

Pushing it = straining, not training.

Start doing something it otherwise it is going to be a real chore for the rest of your life lor.

Read up, watch youtube videos, running movies, etc. See why people can enjoy.

I have always hated running. Took me quite a long journey from VFFs to the books and movies, I think I am slowly beginning to embrace it.

Can la, but can't wait now, work!

lol

maybe not so much straining, I don't push it, I run pretty slow. I think on the whole I get easily distracted, like a ADHD kid, so I can't keep my thoughts collected at one time, and especially so when running.

Hence the list....which would be quite stupid to hold when running.

From your pace and timing of this morning's run, that is definitely not considered pretty slow unless you can verify your HR is decent. =p

Need to find a way to count it, there's an app for that, but I quite lazy to whip it out after a run.

Will try la. lol
