First scheduled morning run

First time I actually scheduled myself for a morning run, unlike the previous two which were a last minute solution to an oversleeping habit.

Waking up is terrible, the little voice in your head keeps taunting you to go back to sleep.

"omg Andrew what are u...oh what the hell why did you turn on the freaking lights?"

"...are those socks? put them back! Go to bed can? stop wearing them!"

"Seriously, there's not a soul on the road! turn back la! Look look! Even the damn rooster's asleep!"

Eventually though once you take the first step, followed by the second..third...forth...the voice slowly fades away.
By the first km you are still pretty zonked out, but by 3km onwards your brain starts to get a little more active and your pacing becomes more standard and natural instead of being "forced"

I don't usually have time for morning runs cause I work pretty late due to my habit of wanting to get as much done before I go to sleep. With most of the things I could think of already being settled last week, this morning was quite good a timing, so I took the chance.

Glad I did, not sure if I'll do it again though...lol
