Forefoot

First attempt at running forefoot...my calves hurt so much now...will try this a few more times and see if I like this method instead.

Well done.

Btw, it was recommended to run like only 1km or just 5-6mins when trying to transit to forefoot running otherwise your legs will feel like an elephant now.

Yes they feel like freakin elephants now! Maybe I'll run heel strike for the first 3 km then do the remaining forefoot whenever I run 4 km until I get used to it

It is not about the distance. No point clocking "junk miles".

lol not about junk miles, I need to burn calories! Can't burn on just 1km run loh, need at least 4km to burn.
