Fore Foot 2nd full run

Tried the whole 4km stretch today on fore foot.

I love the fact that the transition from HS to FF is pretty quick

I love that timing hasn't been affected much

I hate that it's still not as comfortable as heel strike

I'm still contemplating on moving straight to FF, I've been very comfortable with Heel Strike since I started early May last year, it's so hard convincing myself to revert to a new technique.

shall take it slow and see if things change.
