Second time trying out Fore Foot running, this time round started out Heel Strike, then slightly before the 3km mark, I went fore foot from under the PIE onwards, then took a left over the train tracks to cover a bit more distance, turned back and headed home.1.5km on Fore Foot isn't as bad as my 2km the last time round, not to mention I didn't adopt the leaning forward position like I had previously did, so my feet didn't hurt as much while running.
Quite happy with tonight's run, come tomorrow, bike run! =)
