a mother is the kind of person who comes into your bedroom at 2 plus in the morning when you're down with a terrible flu, and starts talking to you about growing up and taking responsibility of your life for the next 30 mins when you're trying hard to sleep cause your nose is as stuffed as a turkey.

not that I disrespect my mother, she's the world to me, if I didn't stay up to listen, who else would???
