Apparently I still can't jump, my Shuttle Run has gone down a split second, and my running, after months of training, has only improved by 20+ seconds.

But cause I'm official 25, and in a new age category, that's a Silver!!!!!! The last time I had Silver was back in BMT in 2005!!!!!!!
