After Sharon and AL's recommendation the other day to checkout this sandwich shop at Katong, we decided to give it a try.Everything with fries was this small tuck shop like place in Katong with served up some pretty good........well.....burgers, not so much sandwiches, well, at least they looked less sandwich to me, more burger like...haha
The menu items were simple, not much explanation, just pick and eat.
The One-Egg Soup, don't ask why it's named like that, was basically a super deep fried egg white blanched in a cream of chicken style soup.......funky, I actually thought it was good, though I preferred just the soup without the egg, if you knew how to cook you would know how much oil it takes to make THAT kinda egg.

The Pork Cutlet burger was dope, the Cheese Burger and Lamb Burger both look amazing...maybe I should try the lamb one some day...it looked so damn good!My favorite part was that you get to choose your fries with season...GUESS WHAT I CHOSE? =)
I think the main thing that gave the stamp of approval from Colin was the dessert, which was a sure win...the one thing that could drag your ass back all the way to the area was this
A nutella tart...just rich nutella on top of a thin crust......wicked.
Overall dinner was great, and I liked how the restaurant was so supportive of its neighboring businesses, as seen in the photo above at the toilet. Colin used to go there, I think one day we should, that little Taiwanese restaurant looked super homely.
