Only thing I didn't like about the place is that they didn't seem to serve up pretty good Chinese food, but overall, Spize is definitely worth eating especially if you're really hungry that day.

Spize @ Simpang
When ppl say Spize is to the East side what Al Ameen is to the West side, I kinda disagree some times.
I haven't been to Spize much to really comment on the place, but the few times I've been there, I think their loads better than what Al Ameen for a few reasons, mainly variety, portions and even taste.
Xinn's fav item at the place is prolly their Roti John, which comes with loads of egg, sliced canned mushrooms, minced mutton, cheese and sauce. It's damn rich and seriously good =)
Their Nasi Pattaya is also good...and DAMN BIG...well, for me anyways, half a plate and I'm already done.
One of their dopest item is their Tom Yam Seafood, which...although is $10 for their smallest serving, is daaaaaaaaaaamn shiok! Not your clear type of Tom Yam Soup, but some times certain things should concentrate more on taste than appearance, and this tastes great, it even comes loaded with fish, sotong, two large tiger prawns and half a crayfish...not bad at all =)

Go try Casuarina at Upper Thomson. I prefer that to Spize. Spize feels overhyped.

You are wrong. I know that place. Spize at River Valley is overhyped.
