Smoke Machine

Sunday I was down at UPCC with the rest of the Yo-Yo guys when I remembered that the SGDrifters were also on site having their Drift Competition which I was also asked to come down and film but couldn't cause of the commitment to the yo-yo event already.
It was great seeing the guys again, I haven't met up with them in ages, school and other commitments meant I had to make sacrifices. My car I bought and built while in the Army now sits in Zhirong's office and hasn't budge in ages.
One thing I always wanted to do when I got myself a DSLR was take shots of the SGDrifters in action. I mean, I've always done video, but daaaaaaaaaaaamn, I've been looking forward to taking snaps for a long time now, and Sunday was one of the opportunities I had to do so.
I think one of the most eye-catching cars that day wasn't exactly the most graphic-intense one, but it belonged to long-time friend Zhirong and his Skyline GTR.
Notice anything? =)

Apparently Zhirong had his car rigged, which would smoke whenever he wanted it to. Cool eh?
Another sweet ride he had came in the form of a brandless Evo-X shell.
Covered in the ER34 Blitz skyline decals, this thing looks AMAZING! Check out the rims!!!
Not exactly a cheap hobby to be in...I've splurged enough money during my time on these babies.
Overall though it was great seeing some of the guys again and meeting new ones whom I've never met before.

Glad to know the SGDrifters are still alive and kicking it sideways =)
