But then I started thinking and checking the specs of a basic model.
It doesn't have the zoom that I wanted.
It didn't have the barrel distortion for macro that I was hoping to get.
It couldn't record movies (Even though it sucks, it helps a lot especially since I make short clips from time to time for the Spinworkx blog)
The only thing I really wanted from the the 450D was the capability to shoot better in low light. Plus richer more focused shots.
I then figured, if I wanted to re-achieve those same functions that I wanted in my SX10, I'd need to spend a load of cash on my DSLR, then it would definitely hit above the $1000 mark...probably...$1400?
So I took a look back at my pictures and started thinking...

Sometimes its looking back at some of the pictures you took that make you realize u made the right choice.I think I did. =)
Guess I'll wait till I get a JOB then start saving up for a DSLR...then again by then dunno if i have the time to commit to taking photos.
Pfffft the irony.
