I have reduced my blog posts to point-form words to describe my day...some times, you just can't seem to find the right words to piece together a nice blog entry title.

So I had breakfast/lunch with Dan, Germs, Chin, Bert and Jun today...I haven't had Burgerking breakfast in awhile, normally I'd root for McDonald's but I think since Dan couln't eat chicken it wouldn't be fair for her.
I think my main problem with Burgerking's breakfast is mainly their egg, which somehow, isn't as appealing as the one from McD...the size looked as though they short changed me...lol.

Anyway since today was rather smooth sailing, I caught a movie with Colin. The Shinjuku Incident was a pretty good show for a non-action Jackie Chan flick.. the only amusing thing I found was the picture above...which had the words "English Subtitles are Available" written in chinese at the top left corner for those who can't understand...er...Chinese.....hm.
I've been messing alot with my new camera (hand itchy, what to do?) and I'm still not fully getting the hang of it, so many functions to learn, so many things to take note of...I only figured out a lil more today about Apeture Priority shooting...which is like a semi-auto form of shooting.

I like the zoome though, the candid shots of Dan and Deb were really clear (Sorry for the intrusion!) and detailed, especially deb's, where the dor is blurred away.

Quick candids like the one of colin took awhile to get used to, but I thought it turned out pretty decent. =)

HDR was great, though, starting to get a little boring...but still. =)
My favorite was the opportunity to take night shots, which I did with a slow shutter and large apeture, getting the really cliche "Streaks" effect of the road below me at Coronation Plaza.

Heh, you can even roughly make out the clouds in the sky =)
I think there's a lot more to play with this camera, sadly it's lowlight capture isn't anywhere near DSLR quality, but for now it'll do.
Time to wrap it up, thanks for reading =)
