Simple Mathematics...

Here we have two contenders. Panadol Flu Max, and Decolgen, some other random brand I came across while at Guardian.

The more popular Panadol has 16 capsules. Decolgen has 20.]
As u can see, "Each caplet contains Paracetamol 500mg, Phenylephrine HCL 5mg & Caffeine 25mg."
The green competitor has 500mg Acetaminophen, which IS Paracetamol. And 10mg(twice as much as Panadol) of Phenylephrine HCL. No caffeine here, then again ur daily cuppa coffee has more than twice that amount.
This is how much Panadol's new Flu Max cost.
This is, of course, their rival brand's pricing.

Oh and apparently, this one's their LOWER END product, Panadol's flu max is their HIGHER END item.

Wow, the price you pay for branding.
