I want to apologize to Melvin and Sandra

So I headed to Waraku Pasta today with Xinn despite Mel and Sand's warning about how bad the place was because I wanted to check it out for myself.

Xinn had an internship interview to go to and needed the energy, I was hungry, so we decided to give it a try.
The salad tasted bitter, like it had been left in the fridge overnight. Although it had japanese oriental dressing all over it, I had to dowse the damn thing in cheese to get rid of the bitter taste.

The corn soup was pretty good though, my idea of good would probably be Chang's idea of terrible. So yes, if Chang hates it a lot, then I prolly liked it a lot. =)
The mains weren't all that fantastic either. The two rice dishes tasted microwaved. You could actually taste the moisture sinking to the bottom of the rice like you would when u taste microwaved food. The prawns were your basic IQF (Instant Quick Freeze) types, which were crunchy but rather bland.

The pasta was OK....that's it...just OK.

We came to the conclusion that Pasta Mania seemed to serve much better tasting pasta than this place, probably a restaurant I would think twice about going again....$20 buck badly spent....wah being a food person sucks when you don't spend your money's worth.
